There are hundreds of pizza recipes. According to the classic recipe, it is a cake made from flour, yeast, salt, water and olive oil, on which the filling is laid out. In Italy, pizza is baked in a special oven and eaten prepared exclusively by hand, cut into pieces with a special knife.

Its constant and irreplaceable ingredients are cheese and tomatoes, but otherwise you can experiment as your heart desires. And yet, the most popular today is pizza with mushrooms. Recipe 1: Pizza with Mushrooms

A classic pizza recipe based on yeast dough and mushroom filling. Pizza is not prepared quickly, given the time required to prepare a real yeast dough, but once you make it, you will see that it is worth it.

Ingredients:

for the test:

0.5 kg of flour;
a quarter cup of olive oil;
0.5 tbsp. l Sahara;
20 gr. fresh yeast;
200 gr. water;
salt;

For filling:

300 gr champignons;
2 sweet peppers;
300 gr mayonnaise;
200 gr. cheese;
2 tbsp. l ketchup or tomato paste;
Dried or fresh herbs of basil, parsley, dill.

Cooking method:

1. Pouring warm water into the pan, dissolve the yeast in it, and after adding sugar, salt, rast. mix all the butter, sifted flour well, until we get a homogeneous dough that is not steep. Having put the pan in a warm place, we wait about an hour and a half for the dough to rise.

2. While the essence and the matter, we prepare the sauce for the lubrication of the tortillas by mixing ketchup (sauce) with mayonnaise, herbs and a little pepper and salt it.

3. Peppers are washed, cleaned from seeds and cut into circles or half rings.

4. If the dough has risen, we crush it, and laying it out on a floury board or table, we form a circle. Then, squeezing the edge along the edge, immediately spread it on a baking sheet with oil.

5. Having greased our dough circle with the sauce prepared in advance, we put the filling ingredients on it: chopped champignons, sweet pepper on top, then grated cheese.

1. Fry the prepared mushrooms in olive oil with a clove of garlic and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. After the mushrooms are ready, garlic should be removed from the pan.

2. Having spread the puff pastry in a form pre-oiled, put mushrooms on it and sprinkle them with grated cheese.

3. Putting the mold in a preheated oven, bake pizza for about 20 minutes, and, after acquiring a golden hue with dough and cheese, serve hot.

Recipe 3: Original Pizza with Mushrooms, Eggplant and Greens

This pizza is a great option for lovers of vegetarianism and a healthy lifestyle, as it includes mushrooms and vegetables. The dough is yeast-free, it is cooked very quickly, and the pizza is very tasty.

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour;
200 gr. oils;
200 gr. sour cream;
salt;

For filling:

0.5 kg of champignons;
3 onions;
4 tbsp. l rast. oils;
parsley greens;
ground pepper, salt.

Cooking method:

1. Kneading the dough from flour, butter and sour cream, leave it for 20 minutes.

2. Fry separately in sunflower oil, mushrooms, onions and eggplant, sliced ​​(which should be pre-peeled).

3. Roll out the dough into a sheet up to 7 mm thick, while its dimensions should correspond to the size of the pan so that the edges of the sheet fit on the side of the pan.

4. On top of the dough we spread the filling of fried mushrooms, onions and eggplant, season with pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and grated cheese on top.

5. Bake pizza for about half an hour in a well-heated oven.

The baking time of pizza with mushrooms depends on the filling: the thicker its layer, the correspondingly longer cooking time.

Cooking dough is the most important operation in the process of making pizza.
