Properly prepared cereals, and with the necessary additives, in fact, are able to give the body an unprecedented surge of strength. And yet it is simply delicious and among the proposed recipes you can easily choose your own liking.

Hercules porridge in a slow cooker - general principles of preparation

• Hercules porridge is made from the same oatmeal. They can be purchased by weight or already packaged. Weight flakes are slightly different from packaged ones. Dishes prepared from them turn out to be more coarse. If the flakes from the pack can not be washed, then it is advisable to wash the ones purchased by weight. They often contain rubbish.

• Hercules is cooked on the option "Porridge" or "Milk porridge". The cooking speed depends on the quality of oatmeal and takes from a quarter of an hour to 30 minutes.

• Thin flakes of flakes do not require long cooking. It is enough to bring them to a boil in milk or water and leave them under the closed cover of the multi-pan for a while.

• The amount of cereal and liquid depends on how thick you want to get. The optimal proportions for oatmeal porridge in a slow cooker: one to two. Two glasses of liquid for a glass of cereal of the same volume. A more fluid consistency is obtained if you take from three to four glasses of liquid for the same amount of cereal.

2. Launch the option “Baking” and fry, constantly stirring, until the sugar is caramelized. The taste of the dish will depend on the degree of camerilization. If the flakes are only slightly fried, the porridge will turn out to be light, and will have a light caramel flavor. If stronger, it will turn darker with a taste of popcorn.

Ingredients:

• one large and one small carrot;

• large orange;

• "Hercules" No. 2 (ordinary flakes, medium size) - 6 tbsp. l .;

• two tablespoons of brown sugar;

• natural oil, 72% - 30 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Peel and chop large carrots into thin rings. Squeeze the juice on the juicer. The yield should be about 150 ml. Do not throw out the remaining cake. Leave half a glass.

2. Remove the zest from a half of an orange with a grater and transfer it to the carrot cake. Squeeze the juice from the orange (150 ml).

3. Transfer the carrot cake with orange zest to the cooking container. Pour in orange and carrot juice. Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and pour 150 ml of drinking water while stirring.

4. Pour washed and dried oatmeal, mix and leave for 10 minutes.

5. Under the lid on the “Soup” option, bring the mass to a boil and immediately stop the program. Without opening the lids, let the oatmeal porridge stand for a quarter of an hour.

6. Cut the small carrots into thin rings or medium-sized slices and place in a pan. Add butter and heat on low heat.

7. When the butter has completely melted, add heat, pour in the remaining sugar and add the remaining sugar.

8. When the carrot slices turn bright orange and the sugar begins to caramelize, transfer the contents of the pan to porridge and mix well.

Ingredients:

• 70 gr. oat flakes;

• 250 ml of homemade cow's milk;

• two tablespoons of honey;

• one orange;

• a small pinch of cinnamon powder.

Cooking method:

1. In a bowl, combine milk and cocoa powder. Add cinnamon and sugar, stir and pour into a cooking cup.

2. On the “Soup” option, boil the mixture, add the flakes, and, stirring systematically, boil for five minutes. After that, turn off the multicook, close the lid and leave to insist (10 min.).

3. Peel the orange from the peel, divide into slices and remove from each film.

4. In a thick-walled pan, put a spoonful of honey, pour a spoonful of water and spread the oranges. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until syrup is formed.

Dietary oatmeal porridge in a slow cooker, on water with vegetables and spices

Ingredients:

• four tablespoons of Hercules flakes;

• 250 ml of a decoction of vegetables or water;

• 1 small carrot;

• 1 medium-sized beets;

• half the onion head;

• incomplete spoon of "Provencal herbs";

• frozen oil - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

1. Peel all vegetables, moisten with vegetable oil on all sides, and tightly wrap each in foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

2. Chill and cut into pieces of arbitrary shape.

3. Bring the water to a hot state and pour Provencal herbs into it. Add the cereal, mix thoroughly and cook on the "Porridge" option. Do not add salt. Cooking time is 15 minutes.

4. Five minutes before the end, put the chopped vegetables and a small piece of butter. Mix well.

Hercules porridge in a slow cooker with boiled condensed milk and bananas

Ingredients:

• a glass of Hercules flakes;

• 500 ml of pasteurized or homemade milk;

• boiled condensed milk;

• two small bananas;

• 80 gr. milk or dark chocolate.

Cooking method:

1. Mix in the Hercules cooking pot with milk. Salt and boil a little in any suitable mode ("Baking", "Frying", "Soup").

2. Stop the mode and leave the porridge in the multicooker until completely cooled. The cover must be closed.

3. After that, add boiled condensed milk to your taste and mix.

4. Cut the bananas into thin strips. Rub the chocolate on a coarse grater, set aside a third of the chocolate chips.

5. Add bananas and some chocolate to the porridge and mix thoroughly.

6. Then spread the oatmeal on the plates and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.

Ingredients:

• 100 gr. flakes;

• skim milk - 2 tbsp .;

• 30 gr. homemade oil;

• a handful of dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes).

Cooking method:

1. Rinse dried fruits and pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Then rinse and dry again.

2. Grease the bottom and sides of the cooking bowl with butter.

3. Pour Hercules, pour in the milk.

4. Sweeten and slightly add salt and run the “Porridge” option on the multicooker for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

• beef stew at your discretion for one large portion;

• a glass of cereal;

• 5-7 branches of "curly" parsley;

• garlic;

• a mixture of hot peppers;

• 1.5 cups of cold water;

• a spoonful of oil, and preferably margarine;

• a third of the broth (chicken, beef) cube.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the parsley, select sluggish and too large leaves and, without wiping, cut a smaller knife.

2. Turn on the multicooker to the highest temperature, warm for 5 minutes and pour in the cereal.

3. Pour half the glass slowly, pour cold water.

4. Wait until it boils, and then until all the boiling liquid "leaves" into the cereal and immediately begin to intensively stir the porridge.

5. As soon as it starts to stick noticeably to the bowl, immediately put all the butter and stir the dish intensively.

6. Continue cooking, stirring, and waiting for the moment when the bubbles become noticeably smaller. Put and stir the parsley, crush and fill in the bouillon cube. If the stew contains a lot of meat juice and fat, you can replace them with a cube and reduce the amount of oil. Do not forget to taste the salt!

7. Then immediately turn off the mode, remove the bowl and put the porridge on a plate.

8. The stew is heated separately in a pan, pepper, salt and add crushed garlic. When serving, the meat is laid out on the edges of the plate, and the porridge is poured with gravy.

Hercules porridge in a slow cooker - useful tips and tricks of cooking

• If you fry the oatmeal slightly before cooking, the dish will acquire a delicate nutty flavor.

• Are you afraid that milk will escape while making porridge? Lubricate the multicooker walls with butter.

• Leave the cooked oatmeal porridge in the slow cooker for a quarter of an hour on heating. It will become more tender, with a rich creamy taste.
