Pouring is prepared on the basis of milk, cream, kefir or sour cream. Eggs and spices are added to the fermented milk product. Beat everything thoroughly with a whisk.

Recipe 1. Pita pie with cheese and kefir

Ingredients

  • thin pita bread - a large sheet;

  • two eggs;

  • cheese - 300 g;

  • kefir - one and a half glasses.

Cooking method

1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add eggs to it and shake well with a whisk.

2. Cut the pita leaf in half.

3. On one half pour two tablespoons of egg-kefir mixture and spread with a culinary brush over the entire area.

4. We put the sheet in the form so that the pita follows its contours.

5. We do the same with the second half. We also put it in the form.

6. Pour a third of the glass fill. Rub the cheese and combine with the remaining kefir mixture.

7. Spread half of the cheese mixture into a mold and cover with the ends of the top sheet of pita bread. We spread the remaining cheese mass on top and cover with the edges of the bottom pita bread sheet.

8. Pour the cake with the remaining kefir mixture. Put the mold in the oven for ten minutes, until the top is browned. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Recipe 2. Lavash Pie with Cheese and Chicken

Ingredients

  • three sheets of thin pita bread;

  • sunflower oil;

  • 300 g chicken breast;

  • a mixture of peppers;

  • 200 g of hard cheese;

  • a glass of sour cream;

  • bulb;

  • three eggs;

  • carrot;

  • 300 g of champignons.

Cooking method

1. Remove the top peel from the onion, rinse and finely chop it.

2. Peeled carrots and my large three.

3. We clean and rinse the champignons. Dried on a napkin and crumbling their bars.

4. Rinse the chicken breast, clean from films and excess fat. Dip meat with napkins. Cut into small pieces and spread in a blender bowl. We interrupt the chicken breast to the state of minced meat.

6. Then add the grated carrots to the onion and simmer, stirring, for several minutes.

Knead the meatballs thoroughly to make the mass homogeneous. Pepper, salt and simmer over medium heat until the mince is completely ready. Then turn off the fire and cool.

8. Put sour cream in a bowl, salt, add eggs and season with pepper. Beat with a whisk. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.

9. Lubricate the round shape with oil and cover it with pita, forming high sides. Spread a third of the filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Water with two tablespoons of sauce. Cover the filling with pita soaked in the filling.

10. So we form a pie until pita bread and meat filling is over. We put a whole sheet of pita bread on top and hide all the rough edges under it. Sprinkle the cake with cheese and decorate with slices of mushrooms. Pour over with fill.

Recipe 3. Pita pie with cheese in milk

Ingredients

  • thin Armenian pita bread - two packs;

  • milk;

  • cheese - 300 g;

  • garlic - three cloves;

  • eggs - three pcs.

Cooking method

1. Cheese coarsely and transfer to a deep plate. Add eggs and finely chopped garlic to it. Stir, gradually pouring milk until a mixture is obtained, the consistency is like a pancake.

Ingredients

  • two large sheets of thin pita bread;

  • hard cheese - 200 g;

  • five eggs;

  • sour cream - 300 ml;

  • Adyghe cheese - 300 g;

  • fresh greens;

  • spices and salt;

  • garlic - two cloves.

Cooking method

1. Adyghe and hard cheeses are ground on a medium grater.

2. Beat two eggs with a whisk, adding half a glass of milk to them. Pour the egg mixture into the cheese and mix. Add finely chopped greens and garlic here. Season with spices and beat lightly.

3. Spread the sour cream in a deep plate, add three eggs to it and beat with a whisk until smooth.

4. Lubricate the capacity of the multicooker with oil, and put a sheet of pita bread in it, forming high sides. The second sheet is divided across in half. We add one half and put it on the bottom of the mold.

5. Put the cheese filling on the pita bread and carefully tamp. We cover it with a half-folded second half of pita bread.

6. Pour the cake with sour cream dressing. Raise the edges slightly so that the sauce fills all the voids.

7. Install the form in the device. Close the lid and cook for an hour in the "baking" mode. We leave the cake in heating mode for another half hour. Then open the lid and cool slightly. We take out the pie, cut into slices and serve with drinks.

Recipe 5. Pita pie with cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • two sheets of thin pita bread;

  • spices;

  • 200 g Adyghe cheese;

  • vegetable oil;

  • 100 g of champignons;

  • 250 ml yogurt;

  • a bunch of parsley;

  • eggs - two pcs.

Cooking method

1. Add spices and eggs to yogurt. Beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mixture.

2. Take a deep rectangular shape. Trim pita bread to its size. Rinse a bunch of greens, dry and finely chopped. Three large cheese. We clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.

  • fresh greens;

  • hot pepper pod.

Cooking method

1. Beat milk with eggs and salt.

2. We clean the hot pepper from seeds and crumble as small as possible. We also chop the peeled clove of garlic. Wash greens, dry and grind.

3. Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve and add greens, hot pepper and grated cheese. Season with spices and salt.

4. Dip a sheet of pita bread into the milk mixture and put it on the bottom of the mold, forming high sides. We spread a layer of curd cheese filling and cover with a sheet of smaller pita bread soaked in the milk mixture. We continue to collect the pie in layers.
