Bruce Willis is now completely immersed in negotiations to resolve relations with the French company Belvedere. The actor actively participated in the promotion of Sobieski vodka in the United States. Now, the Hollywood star seeks to be compensated for his services.

Yesterday, the lawyers of 57-year-old Willis met with representatives of Belvedere in Paris to develop a scheme under which they will pay the actor the whole amount in small installments.

Willis starred in various promotions for Belvedere, including on television throughout 2009. As a result, vodka sales increased from 70,000 (2008) to 1 million (2010) 9-liter cases.

In addition, according to the agreement between Belvedere and Willis, the actor became a minority shareholder of the company and was supposed to receive 2.6 percent of the profit. And provided that the value of the securities falls below a certain level (specified in the contract), Bruce could demand compensation of 20 million euros.

Alas, Belvedere management failed to maintain such high rates and now the company's shares have fallen. In 2011, its losses exceeded the figure of $ 50 million, and debts - $ 700 million. As a result, the company refused to pay Bruce all 20 million euros.

They presented the actor so far refrain from commenting.

By the way, Sobieski vodka is not the only advertising project of the actor. Since 2010, he has also been the face of an advertising campaign for the Russian bank Trust.
