I tried the third option and it turned out disgusting only because the wrong amount of soda was indicated in the recipe. By analogy with banana bread, soda should be at least 1.5 tablespoons with partly slaked and some not. In short, despite the delicious dough, the cake did not rise at all and it turned out to be gnawy. Before posting recipes, try to cook them yourself, and so lose confidence in the site.
