Their number is also not limited. It would seem a super-diet! But it was not there. The main catch is that during the diet you need to use light olive oil and water with sugar every two hours. You can rest assured that such a diet will certainly not bring any benefits to the body.

The third place among the dubious diets was confidently received by the fruit diet or fruitorianism. It provides for eating only fresh fruits and water. Such an abnormal diet leads to a deficiency of nutrients, which in turn negatively affects the work of all internal organs.
