Tasty cabbage rolls in tomato and sour cream filling

To prepare juicy cabbage rolls from young cabbage, you will need pork and beef. But if there is no different meat, then you can take one kind. Add a little fat to the beef.

Ingredients

• 400 g of pork;

• 400 g of beef;

• 1 head of cabbage;

• 4 carrots;

• 3 onions;

• 150 g of tomato sauce;

• 300 g sour cream;

• 140 g of rice;

• 40 g of oil;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Rinse dry rice, pour into a pan with boiling salted water, boil for 6-7 minutes. Drain into a colander to get rid of excess fluid.

2. Cut cabbage from cabbage, dip the head into a pot of boiling water, boil for a minute, remove. It is not worth holding longer so that young leaves do not become sap. We take out, remove the top sheets. Immerse the head of cabbage again, repeat. Thickening on the sheets must be removed with a sharp knife.

3. Twist beef and pork through a meat grinder. Or we take ready stuffing for stuffed cabbage. Add rice to it.

4. Onion cut, all heads at once. Rub all the carrots. Fry vegetables in a pan. Cut in half. We shift one part to the minced meat, and leave the rest of the sauté for sauce.

5. Season the filling with spices, stir.

6. Wrap minced meat in cabbage leaves, forming ordinary envelopes.

7. In the fried vegetables that are left, add tomato sauce, fry. Then pour in 700 ml of water, boil for a couple of minutes and spread the sour cream. Warm the sauce, salt.

8. Pour a little vegetable sauce on the bottom of the pan, lay out the formed cabbage rolls in layers, do not forget to water. The remains are simply poured on top.

9. Put the dish on the stove, cook it under the lid. After boiling, set the fire to minimum, the languishing time of 50 minutes.

Cabbage rolls in tomato

This recipe is distinguished not only by filling, but also by a simplified way of preparing cabbage leaves in the microwave.

Ingredients

• 1 head of cabbage;

• 150 g of rice (dry cereal);

• 0.7 kg of any stuffing at its discretion;

• 2 onions;

• 2 carrots;

• 1 pepper;

• 400 g of tomatoes.

Cooking

1. We remove the cob with a sharp and long knife. We put the cabbage in a bag or in a microwave oven, put it in the oven. Turn on for 7-10 minutes, depending on the size of the head of cabbage. We take out, cool a little, remove the soft, steamed leaves.

2. Cook the rice until half cooked.

3. Cut the onions, coarse three carrots, fry together until a slight blush. We put a couple of spoons in the stuffing.

4. Add the grated tomatoes to the sauté, simmer for a couple of minutes, put the Bulgarian pepper, cut into strips, pour 0.5 liters of boiling water. Cook the sauce for a couple of minutes, season with spices.

5. Stir rice with meat and fried vegetables, pepper, season with salt.

6. Form cabbage rolls from previously prepared leaves, put in a pan, fill with sauce, simmer on the stove until cooked.

Roasted young cabbage stuffed cabbage

Recipe for cabbage stuffed cabbage with preliminary frying. The sauce is prepared white on the basis of sour cream and garlic.

Ingredients

• 1 head of cabbage;

• 150 grams of rice (boil);

• 0.6-0.7 kg of meat or minced meat;

• 2 onions;

• 500 g sour cream;

• 4 cloves of garlic;

• flour, butter, dill, dry or fresh.

Cooking

1. Prepare a cabbage in water or in the microwave, as in the recipes above.

2. Boil rice for several minutes, but do not bring to full readiness. Let the grains be hard.

3. Grind both onions, add to the minced meat, season the stuffing for stuffed cabbage with spices, stir.

4. Collapse leaf envelopes with filling. Roll in flour one by one, gently fry in hot oil in a pan.

5. Transfer to the pan.

6. Dilute sour cream with the same amount of water, salt the sauce, squeeze the garlic, pour the cabbage rolls.

7. Cook for about 40-45 minutes on the stove. At the very end, season the dish with dill.

Oven cabbage rolls in the oven

These cabbage rolls are also made from young cabbage, but will differ in taste, as they are baked in the oven in a gentle cheese sauce. Roll the envelopes according to any of the recipes.

Ingredients

• 10-12 cabbage rolls;

• 500 ml of milk;

• 1 spoon of flour;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 80 g of cheese;

• 25 ml of oil.

Cooking

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add one spoonful of flour to it, passer until golden brown.

2. Add milk in a thin stream. Throughout the time, the sauce needs to be stirred quickly.

3. Pepper, put salt and grated cheese at the end. Stir, turn off. Add chopped garlic to the stuffing for stuffed cabbage. At will, you can take it more.

4. We spread the formed cabbage rolls in a baking dish. It is better to fit them in one layer.

5. Pour all the milk sauce with cheese.

6. Stretch the foil, cook under it for 20-25 minutes. Then the coating from the form must be removed and cooked in an open form for another quarter of an hour. The temperature all the time baking stuffed cabbage 180-190.

Stuffed cabbage cabbage in layers

Lazy version of juicy and tender cabbage rolls. It is not necessary to cook it in advance, we take a fresh head of cabbage and go. Any meat or use already cooked minced meat.

Ingredients

• 600 g of meat (minced meat);

• 400-500 g of cabbage;

• 150 grams of dry rice;

• 300 g sour cream;

• 150 g of tomato ketchup;

• 250 ml of water;

• garlic, pepper, other seasonings;

Cooking

1. Boil dry rice in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. For this dish will be enough.

2. Mix sour cream, water, ketchup. Season with garlic and spices.

3. Shred the cabbage, but not very finely. Since the vegetable is young, you can cut it into squares or ribbons. Lubricate the pan or the stewpan, put 2/3 of the cabbage on the bottom, lightly sprinkle with salt.

4. Put half the grated carrots on the cabbage.

5. Now comes a layer of rice. We spread half the cooked sauce on it.

6. Next, chop the onion, mix with minced meat and the second part of the carrot. Spread on rice, also pour sauce.

7. From above, we fill in the lazy cabbage rolls with the remnants of cabbage, add it to the vegetable to let the juice go.

8. Stew the dish on low heat for 45-50 minutes.

Oven cabbage stuffed with mushrooms in the oven

Another recipe for baked stuffed cabbage, which is prepared in the same form as mushrooms. It turns out very fragrant, juicy, satisfying.

Ingredients

• 10 cabbage rolls;

• 250 g of small champignons;

• 2 tbsp. l next oils;

• 400 g sour cream;

• 120 g of cheese;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

Cooking

1. Cut champignons in half or leave whole. Put in a pan with a pre-melted spoon of butter. Fry for a couple of minutes over high heat.

2. Lubricate the form with a second spoonful of oil, pour croutons on top.

4. Mix sour cream, garlic, season the sauce with any spices and pour 100-200 ml of water.

5. Pour cabbage rolls.

Vegetarian cabbage stuffed with young cabbage with mushrooms

The recipe for vegetarian cabbage rolls that can be made in the spring in the post. There are champignons, but you can use other mushrooms.

Ingredients

• 400 g of raw champignons;

• 200-250 g of boiled rice;

• 2 onion heads;

• 2 large carrots;

• 1 pepper;

• 150 g of tomato;

• 400 g sour cream;

• 1 head of young cabbage.

Cooking

1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, fold them into a pan, fry them until all the liquid has left them.

2. In another pan, fry the onions and carrots, half shift to the mushrooms. Add the Bulgarian pepper, spices, pour boiled rice and stir.

3. We process the cabbage in any way, you can boil or warm in the microwave. We sort the leaves, twist the cabbage rolls with mushroom filling.

4. Put tomato sauce in the fried vegetables, warm it together, add sour cream, mix. If you need more gravy, then you can pour water. But such cabbage rolls do not need much sauce.

5. Pour the cooked parcels, simmer until tender over low heat. Since the filling is mushroom, 20-25 minutes are enough.

Cabbage stuffed cabbage - useful tips and tricks

• To prevent cabbage rolls from unwinding, you can quickly fry them with the seam in the pan.

• If the filling is lean meat, you can put a piece of butter in each product or chopped lard (salted, fresh, smoked), the dish will be much tastier with them.

• Spices will help to improve the taste of minced meat. Feel free to add garlic to the filling, seasoning mixtures, it may be worth the bouillon cube.
