Tomatoes with mayonnaise and garlic - the basic principles of cooking

For cooking snacks, it is better to use meaty tomatoes. Mayonnaise is combined with garlic squeezed through a press, or a ready-made garlic product is used.

There are two ways to cook tomatoes with mayonnaise and garlic: a fresh tomato snack and baking.

In the first case, the tomatoes are washed, cut into circles, a centimeter thick. Spread on a wide dish, salt. Peel the garlic, pass through a garlic squeezer and mix with mayonnaise. The resulting sauce is spread on tomato mugs. Decorate with herbs and serve.

For baking, tomatoes are prepared in the same way, only they are laid out in a form and sent to the oven for several minutes, or stuffed.

For a change use cheese, boiled eggs, crab sticks, etc.

Recipe 1. Tomatoes with mayonnaise and garlic

Ingredients

three fleshy tomatoes;

mayonnaise - 100 g;

garlic - three prongs.

Cooking method

1. Wash the tomatoes, wipe them with a kitchen towel and cut off the fastening of the stalk.

2. Cut the tomatoes into circles three millimeters thick. Put on a wide round dish and add a little salt.

3. Peel the garlic cloves and squeeze it through a garlic squeezer into mayonnaise. Stir and grease the resulting sauce with tomatoes.

two large tomatoes;

black cumin - a pinch;

garlic - clove;

70 g of hard cheese;

boiled egg;

1. Rinse the tomatoes, wipe them with a kitchen towel and cut into medium-sized circles.

2. Combine mayonnaise with garlic crushed through a press. Peel the boiled egg and chop on the smallest grater. Put in mayonnaise and mix.
