Often for snacks use different biscuits or shortbread cakes, cookies, tartlets. A variety of ingredients are used to combine products into a single snack.

2. Beat the cream into foam, then add the powder and vanillin, the air cream is ready!

3. At the bottom of each basket we put a little jam or jam, you can take any jam, marmalade or fruit puree, but we do not make a large layer.

4. Transfer the cream into a bag or in a pastry bag with a nozzle, fill through it all the tartlets. We put a lot to leave the whole cream.

5. Spread the side of the berry. Depending on the type used, we get cherry, raspberry, currant cakes. You can use pieces of fruit: peaches, apricots, citruses. Or we make assorted.

Sweet Strawberry Chocolate Snack

A recipe for a chic sweet snack that can be used even for a wedding table or as a treat for Valentine's Day, March 8th.

Ingredients

• strawberries (how much will go);

• skewers;

• 100 g of chocolate;

• 30 g of oil;

• optionally nuts, coconut, color dragees.

Cooking

1. Rinse and dry strawberry berries. You can cook with leaflets or without them. Put each on a skewer.

2. Crumble the chocolate, add the butter, melt the usual icing in a water bath. It is not necessary to overheat.

3. Dip strawberries, gently brush off excess chocolate. You can immediately sprinkle the icing with nuts, chips, colored dragees. Until the chocolate has frozen, everything will stick securely.

4. We stick the skewer in the sugar bowl. Until the icing completely hardens. Chocolate the rest of the strawberries.

5. Serve the snack on skewers, if desired, we stick strawberries in some fruit. Or remove the berries and put on a dish.

Sweet fruit skewers appetizer

A method of preparing canapes from fruits and grapes. Small sandwiches look very cute, are made simply and quickly.

Ingredients

• banana;

• an Apple;

• 0.5 lemon;

• orange;

• grapes;

• 1 tbsp. l coconut flakes.

Cooking

1. Peel the orange, first divide into slices, then cut each in half.

2. Cut apples and pears in arbitrary slices, but not large.

3. Peel and cut the banana in circles. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and sprinkle the pieces. This is necessary so that the banana does not darken.

4. Grapes are simply washed and sorted into berries.

5. On a banana, put an apple, pear, a slice of orange.

6. Paste the grape on a skewer, move up.

7. Insert the skewer into a stack of fruits, gently transfer the appetizer onto a flat plate.

8. Collect canapes from the remaining products, sprinkle coconut flakes on top. You can use grated chocolate (white or dark).

Sweet sponge cake with condensed milk and bananas

A variant of a very simple and tasty sweet snack, which can be prepared from a purchased biscuit. It takes two thin cakes. As a supplement, a banana is used. But this is an example. You can take other soft fruits or berries.

Ingredients

• 2 cakes;

• a can of boiled condensed milk;

• 0.5 cups of nuts;

• 100 g of oil;

• 2-3 bananas.

Cooking

1. Soften the oil, mix with boiled condensed milk. You can beat well with a mixer. The cream will turn out more tender.

2. Add chopped nuts. You can cook snacks without them.

3. Put the cream on one biscuit. Smooth, cover with a second biscuit and lightly grease the top with the rest of the condensed milk. The bulk must go to the center.

4. Put greased cakes in the freezer for 20 minutes.

5. While peeling bananas, cut into pieces of arbitrary shape. Or prepare other fruits or berries.

6. We take out the greased biscuit and cut into small cakes, about 5 cm in diameter. You can make triangles, rectangles, rhombuses. In general, we give any shape, but use a sharp knife so as not to squeeze the cream.

7. Put a piece of banana on top. For reliability, you can stick a toothpick or skewer.

Rafaello cottage cheese sweet snack

A variant of a delicious and healthy sweet snack on a festive or casual table. It is better not to use soft cottage cheese or too dry, we choose a product of medium consistency. If desired, you can use multi-colored coconut flakes or roll balls in nuts, waffle crumbs.

Ingredients

• 400 g of cottage cheese;

• 140 g of condensed milk;

• 120 g of oil;

• 30 g coconut flakes;

• 15 almond nuts;

• vanillin.

Cooking

1. Almonds can be replaced with other nuts, for example. Hazelnuts, with him, too, turns out pretty good. Or use large pieces of walnut.

2. Beat the butter, introduce the condensed milk, get a cream, season it with vanilla.

3. Grind the cottage cheese, combine with the cooked cream, make a mass. If it turns out to be a little dry, then put a little more condensed milk. If the mass turns out to be moist, then you can pour a little coconut flakes inside or add crumbled cookies.

4. Sculpt the neat balls, stick the nut inside.

5. Roll the workpiece in coconut, put on a plate, send for an hour in the refrigerator.

Sweet snack made from cookies and nuts

An option of a very quick snack that can be made from any shortbread cookie. In addition, you need any condensed milk.

Ingredients

• 300 g of cookies;

• a glass of peanuts;

• a can of condensed milk.

Cooking

1. Pour peanuts into a pan. Fry for several minutes, peel and chop. Just do not need to grind to small crumbs, let the pieces remain.

2. Put the condensed milk in a bowl, stir. You can add a little vanilla for the flavor.

3. Put the cookies on the table and knead with a regular rolling pin. Or grind in a combine. You can skip it through a meat grinder. If condensed milk is liquid, then a little more cookies may go.

4. Combine cookies with condensed milk, stir. If the mass is rather weak for modeling, then for now we just leave it for a while, the cookies will swell.

5. Sculpt small balls resembling sweets. Bone in nuts. Similarly, you can cook balls in coconut or chocolate chips. If there is nothing, then take cocoa powder or just ground cookies, grated waffles.

6. Remove the sweet snack for an hour in the refrigerator.

Sweet Appetizer in Milk Caramel

An option of a very beautiful snack. For cooking, you need small and even apples of the same size. You can use the ranet, they look very cute in caramel.

Ingredients

• apples;

• a glass of milk;

• 2.5 tbsp. cane sugar.

Cooking

1. Apples need to be prepared in advance, dried and each put on a skewer.

2. Measure the right amount of milk, pour into a saucepan, add cane sugar and put on the stove.

3. Heat the mixture over low heat so that all the sand is dispersed before boiling. Otherwise, the caramel will not be uniform, grains will remain.

4. After 5 minutes of boiling, check the readiness of the caramel. To do this, pick up a small amount with a spoon and drip into a bowl of cold water. If it turns out to roll a soft ball from the cooling mass, then turn off the stove, the caramel is ready.

5. Remove the pan from the heat so that the caramel cools down a little and becomes a little thicker. Otherwise, the layer will be thin.

6. Dip the apple, stick the skewer in the grits or in sugar. Can be spread on parchment or silicone.

7. Let the caramel harden. We serve an original sweet snack to the table on sticks.

Sweet snacks - tips and tricks

• Most sweet snacks are made from fresh berries or fruits, they do not tolerate long-term storage, so it’s better to do immediately before eating or serving.
