Soups, cabbage soup and borscht are traditionally present in our diet. But not all housewives know. That making soup puree is much simpler than usual. No need to finely chop all the vegetables. It is enough to grind them in arbitrary pieces, boil and beat everything to a homogeneous consistency.

For children, as well as people who are forced to adhere to a diet, you can prepare vegetable soup puree. Basically, they use potatoes, cabbage, zucchini, pumpkin, carrots, onions, broccoli and cauliflower. Vegetables are peeled, washed, cut into arbitrary pieces. Boil until tender, after which they are interrupted by a submersible blender to a puree state. Such a soup is boiled in water or meat broth.

Mushroom soup puree is boiled from water mushrooms or fresh champignons.

Bean soups are especially popular. Peas or beans are soaked for several hours. Then they are boiled with vegetables until fully cooked. The ingredients, along with the vegetable or meat broth, are beaten to a puree state. The soup is served with rye or white crackers, garlic and sour cream.

The taste of the soup is much more tender and interesting if you add grated hard cheese or soft creamy to it.

Pieces of meat are disassembled into fibers or cut into small pieces and laid out in a bowl with soup before serving.

If your children do not like certain vegetables, mashed soup is a great opportunity to prepare a healthy meal for your child.

Recipe 1. Soup puree recipe quickly and tasty from mushrooms in bread

Ingredients

four small round rye breads;

vegetable oil;

400 g of fresh mushrooms;

greenery;

two onions;

several champignons;

five potato tubers;

salt;

400 ml cream;

freshly ground pepper;

three cloves of garlic;

100 g of hard cheese.

Cooking method

1. Cut the top from the bread, it will subsequently play the role of a lid. Carefully take out the crumb, leaving it slightly on the sides. We put the bread on a baking sheet and slightly dry in the oven.

2. Peel and crush the garlic through a press. Combine it with vegetable oil, mix and rub the resulting mixture of bread and lids from the inside.

3. Peeled and washed onions finely chopped and fry in warmed butter until transparent.

4. My mushrooms, clean, cut into thin slices and spread to the onion. Fry it all together until the liquid evaporates.

5. Peel the potatoes, wash and chop coarsely. Put the vegetable in a pot of boiling water. Gardens send onion-mushroom fry and cook soup until the potatoes are ready. Add nutmeg and peppercorns.

6. We interrupt everything with a submersible blender or mixer until smooth. Pour the cream and put it on the stove again. Warm up, not boiling.

Ingredients

2/3 stack chopped peas;

four slices of bacon;

100 g of frozen green peas;

crackers;

liter of drinking water;

a pinch of granulated sugar;

150 ml cream;

four cloves of garlic;

80 g butter;

parsley root;

30 g of flour;

kitchen salt.

Cooking method

1. Wash chopped peas. We put it in a pan and fill it with water. Add peeled and chopped parsley root. Put half the butter and put on fire. As soon as the contents begin to boil, reduce the heat and cook, stirring occasionally.

2. We clean the garlic cloves. When the peas are boiled, add the whole cloves of garlic to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes. Now put the frozen peas and cook for the same amount of time.

3. Melt the remaining butter and fry the flour in it. Pour, continuously mixing, cream. We cook for just another minute and remove from heat.

4. Grind the soup with a hand blender until smooth. Add Bechamel to the soup, salt and once again bring to a boil. At the end, add a pinch of sugar.

5. Fry the bacon in a dry pan. We spread the soup on plates, in each we put a slice of bacon and crackers.

Ingredients

kg broccoli;

50 g ghee;

two potato tubers;

freshly ground pepper;

two liters of broth;

salt;

two onions;

200 ml cream cheese.

Cooking method

1. Peel and chop the onions. Fry it in ghee until light brown.

2. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes in arbitrary pieces. Put it in a pan with onions and simmer everything together over low heat.

3. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences and add to the pan. Pour in a little broth and continue cooking for another ten minutes until the broccoli is tender.

4. Put everything in a pan. Pour in boiling broth and continue cooking for another ten minutes.

5. Kill the vegetables with a hand blender until puree. Salt and add soft cream cheese. Stir until it dissolves completely, without removing from the stove. Once the soup has boiled, pour it on the plates.

Ingredients

stack dry white beans;

Bay leaf;

five cloves of garlic;

bulb;

2.5 stack broth or water;

ground white pepper;

table salt;

sprig of rosemary.

Cooking method

1. Soak beans in plenty of water overnight. Drain the next day and place the swollen beans in a saucepan. Pour the broth, put a sprig of rosemary and bay leaf. Put the pot on the fire and cook for forty minutes until the beans are soft

2. Peel the onions and garlic. Wash. Chop the onion into thin half rings. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of the knife blade. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent.

3. Put the frying in a pot with beans. Cook for another five minutes. Transfer the contents of the pan to the blender bowl by removing the bay leaf and a sprig of rosemary. Pepper and salt. Grind everything until smooth.

4. Dilute the soup with hot broth to the desired consistency. Serve with croutons, herbs and fried bacon.

Recipe 5. Soup puree recipe quickly and tasty from carrots

Ingredients

six carrots;

30 ml of vegetable oil;

500 ml of broth or water;

salt;

two red onions;

100 ml of coconut milk;

30 g of brown sugar;

two cloves of garlic;

30 ml balsamic vinegar;

5 cm ginger root.

Cooking method

1. The heads of red onions are peeled and cut into thin rings.

2. Pour vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar into a pan with a thick bottom, add brown sugar. We put on the fire.

3. Put the red onion in the pan, lightly fry. Then we twist the fire, cover and cook for another 15 minutes. Salt. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. We send to the pan.

4. We clean the carrot from the peel, wash it and cut it into four parts. Pour the carrots with lean oil and spread on a baking sheet, covering it with parchment. Bake half an hour pi 200 degrees

5. Peel the ginger root. Pour the broth into the pan and put the whole ginger. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for two hours.

6. Put the baked carrots in the soup and cook for another half hour. We take out the ginger, and interrupt the contents with a blender. Pour coconut milk, mix and pour on plates.

Ingredients

kg of cauliflower;

fresh greens;

two potato tubers;

100 g of cheese;

carrot;

100 ml low-fat cream;

bulb;

50 g butter;

one and a half liters of drinking water;

salt;

freshly ground pepper.

Cooking method

1. Peel the onions, finely chop and lightly passer in butter. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces. Add vegetables to the pan with onions.

2. Boil water in a teapot and fill it with vegetables in a pan. Salt and continue to simmer. We sort the cauliflower into inflorescences and add to the rest of the vegetables. Cook until vegetables are soft.

3. Blender mashed everything. Pour the cream and warm, but do not bring to a boil. Add cheese chips. Mix until it is completely dispersed. Serve the soup with garlic croutons.
