Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
  • Smoked Bacon - 80 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Kefir - 80 ml
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
  • Parsley - to taste

Recipe

Prepare all products on a list. Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut off the fatty parts and the film. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Yes, you’ll have to make an effort, but the result is definitely worth it.

Add onion and bacon to the chicken, diced into small cubes.

Rinse and finely chop the parsley. In addition to parsley, you can use dill and other herbs. Add greens to a bowl.

Drive one chicken egg into all the ingredients, add kefir and a clove of garlic, missed on the press.

Pour a serving of wheat flour, add slaked soda. Mix the components thoroughly.

Warm the oil in a pan, spread the prepared ingredients with a spoon and fry the pancakes over medium heat for 2.5-3 minutes on each side.
