Shrimps are no longer considered a delicacy in even the most remote corners of our country from the sea. Gentle shrimp meat is suitable for cooking and home-style cozy soups, and gastronomic delights worthy of the praise of the most demanding gourmet. Today, on the Internet and in the culinary books of eminent authors, you can find a lot of recipes for dishes with shrimps, but today I would like to tell you about a very successful salad with exquisite taste. This salad with shrimps is prepared according to a very simple recipe, and step-by-step photos will help you even further into the cooking process.

In the photo: products necessary for the preparation of salad with shrimps:

1. Shrimps large (cooked and frozen) - 150 g

2. Hard or semi-hard cheese - 100 g

3. Tomatoes red or pink - 100 g

4. Fresh greens - a few twigs

5. Garlic - 1 small clove

6. Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l for refueling

7. Salt - a small pinch

For this delicious shrimp salad, it's better to take large ones: first, they look more appetizing, and secondly, they are much easier to clean, which will significantly reduce the cooking time. Place the shrimps in a deep container, pour salted water at room temperature and wait until they thaw. There is also an express method of defrosting shrimp: scald seafood with boiling water and immediately fill with ice water. This should be done quickly so that the tender shrimp meat is not deformed.

Clean thawed shrimps from chitinous plates and remove the esophagus (it looks like a thin vein of dark color). To remove the esophagus, you need to make a shallow incision along the "back". Then chopped shrimp cut across 5-6 parts.

Hard cheese cut into small cubes. You can use cheeses such as Swiss, Dutch or Russian, Parmesan is too hard for this dish, so it will disharmon with tender shrimp and juicy tomatoes. For a festive version of the salad is perfect Mozzarella.
