Scientists are convinced that they have come close to unraveling the secret of making the right diet. According to nutritionists, competent selection of the nutrition system is associated with a deep understanding of the endocrine system, the characteristics of the genetics and psychology of each individual person. It is the ratio of these three parameters that determines the place of food in people's lives.

The inharmonious interrelation of the three named components is related to overeating. Scientists identify three main groups of people:

• those that, due to insufficient secretion of a certain hormone, do not feel saturated,

• those who have the so-called "obesity genes" and as a result think about food all the time,

• those then sticks their problems.

People from each group react differently to diets. This conclusion was made after observing 75 volunteers, who were divided into three groups. The experiment was carried out for three months. After analyzing the results, scientists have developed a diet for each group.

For people who can be assigned to the first group, doctors recommend products that help the development of the "right" hormones. In particular, there were named protein foods - fish and meat. But from the bread and potatoes will have to give up.

For people who are prone to obesity, the most suitable diet is "5: 2" - for five days the caloric content should be limited to 800 kcal, on other days there are no restrictions.
