Cooking method:

  1. Prepare a base for pickle.
  2. Cut potatoes, rinse the buckwheat. Dip these ingredients in a saucepan, add bay leaf and spices.
  3. Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil. Add the vegetable mixture to the soup 10 minutes after the potatoes.
  4. With the cucumbers remove the skin, slice and dip into the pan. Add brine along with the cucumbers.
  5. The soup will be cooked for another 3-5 minutes, then turn off the fire. Let the prepared dish stand over. 10 minutes with the lid closed will suffice, but the longer the dish is infused, the more delicious it will turn out.

Rice is the most common ingredient for pickle. This cereal makes the dish nourishing and rich. You can take as usual white rice (better long grain), and a mixture with wild brown. Consider that brown rice is boiled for a long time, so it is better to boil it beforehand.

Ingredients Required:

  • Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Rice - 75 gr.
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Beef - 320 gr.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Onions - 1 head
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Spice
  • Fresh greens

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare for pickle basis. Beef need to boil for at least 35 minutes.
  2. Chop the potatoes and place them in a saucepan with the rice groats.
  3. Fry the onions and carrots in butter over medium heat. Cut the cucumbers, after clearing them from the skin.
  4. Add cucumbers and fried vegetables to the pickle 10 minutes after the rice. Cook the soup on low heat for another 7-8 minutes.
  5. Chop the greens. Dip it in the pan for a couple of minutes until done.

  • Cucumber pickle - 250 ml
  • Beef - 360 gr.
  • Pickled cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. spoon

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the pearl barley in hot water and dry with paper towels. Heat the pan, grease and fry the grits to a golden hue.
  2. Cut the meat into chunks. Put it to boil. When the water boils, remove the foam and salt, add the bay leaf and pearl barley. Cook for about half an hour.
  3. Cut potatoes into cubes. Add to the soup.
  4. Prepare a fry, add to the pan. Boil the soup for another 10 minutes.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the broth. For this you need to thoroughly wash the mushrooms, chop them finely and put them to boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat and salt.
  2. Cut potatoes, wash them with buckwheat. Add to the soup 10 minutes after boiling. Fry the onions and carrots. Add the vegetables to the pickle 5 minutes after the potatoes. The soup will be ready in 10 minutes.
  3. Cucumbers need to be peeled and cut. Dip them in the pan for 3 minutes until cooked.
