A carefully thought-out diet of the child is the key to his good mood and good health. Pediatricians recommend treating the child with pomegranate juice after reaching the age of 1 year. If there is a food allergy, it is better to postpone acquaintance with a new product to a later date.

The choice of age for testing a new drink depends on the individual characteristics of the baby, a tendency to constipation, allergic reactions and intolerance.

The dosage of the children's portion is 100-200 ml of juice, half-diluted with water 2 times a week. It is recommended to start with 1 teaspoon, evaluating the reaction of the body. Gradually increase the dose to normal. The safest way to drink is through a cocktail tube. This factor will ensure the safety of children's tooth enamel, which can be destroyed by the acids contained in the drink.
