Bean soup in a slow cooker - the basic principles of preparation

Cooking bean soup in a slow cooker is a pleasure. No need to worry that the beans will not break apart or burn. There is no need to constantly monitor the cooking process, which means that you can devote more time to your loved ones.

Bean soup in a slow cooker is cooked in meat, vegetable or fish broth. Any meat is suitable for meat broth: chicken, pork, lamb or beef.

To make the beans cook faster, it is pre-soaked for at least a few hours, but it is better to do this in the evening.

In a bowl of a multicooker, first chopped onions and grated carrots. Do this in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode. Then, chopped potatoes, meat and soaked beans are placed in the container. All ingredients are poured with purified water and spices are added. The slow cooker is switched to the "Soup" mode and cooked for one to two hours.

You can add tomato paste or crushed and peeled tomatoes to the frying. Bean soup can be cooked with smoked meats. It can be smoked brisket, ribs or lard.

The lean version is prepared on a vegetable broth.

In addition to beans and potatoes, other vegetables or noodles are added to the soup.

Recipe 1. Bean soup in a slow cooker

Ingredients

one and a half glasses of dry beans;

salt;

meat - 300 g;

spice;

two potatoes;

Bay leaf;

carrot;

vegetable oil - 80 ml;

onion - 70 g.

Cooking method

1. Soak dry beans in purified drinking water for at least two hours. If you have the opportunity, do it in the evening, so that the beans stand in the water at night.

2. Peel the onion and chop into cubes.

3. Peel the carrots, wash and finely three.

4. We take any meat. It can be pork, lamb or beef. My tenderloin, we clean from everything superfluous and cut into small pieces.

5. Two potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into pieces.

6. Pour vegetable oil into the capacity of the multicooker. Turn on the "Baking" mode. We spread the grated carrots and onions in the oil. Fry vegetables until light brown.

7. Drain the water from the beans and transfer it to the fried vegetables. We put meat and potatoes here. Fill with filtered water. Season with spices and add bay leaf. Switch the slow cooker to the “Soup” mode and cook the soup for two hours. Pour the finished soup into plates and serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.

Recipe 2. Bean soup in a slow cooker with tomatoes

Ingredients

250 g of dry beans;

red chili peppers;

a pound of chicken;

salt;

two potatoes;

vegetable oil;

80 g of onions;

25 g of tomato paste;

two tomatoes;

garlic is a clove.

Cooking method

1. Beans are washed, put in a suitable dish and pour clean drinking water. Soak it for at least four hours.

2. Chicken cut into portions, wash well and dry with napkins. We turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode. We set the time for half an hour. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl, wait five minutes for it to warm up, and spread the chicken. Fry the meat for five minutes.

3. We clean the bulb and wash it. Finely chop and add to the chicken. Mix and continue to fry.

4. Free the garlic from the husk and three on the smallest grater. We shift it into the bowl of the multicooker and mix. Fry all together for five minutes, until a bright smell of garlic and onions.

5. The washed tomatoes are cut into small pieces and put in the crock-pot. Add tomato paste, mix and cook until the sound signal.

6. Peeled potatoes cut into small pieces. Drain the water from the beans and rinse it. Beans and potatoes are put in the capacity of the multicooker. We turn on the “Soup” program and continue cooking for an hour and a half. At the end, salt and add finely chopped greens.

Recipe 3. Bean soup in a multicooker from canned beans

Ingredients

bulb;

cilantro;

carrot;

garlic;

ketchup - 30 ml;

Bay leaf;

potato - half a kilogram;

spice;

canned beans - a can;

Cooking method

1. Turn on the slow cooker in baking mode. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and warm for five minutes. Put peeled and finely chopped onions in the heated oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, until transparent. Grate the peeled carrots, send it to the onion and continue to fry for another five minutes. Add tomato paste and mix.

2. Peel and chop the potato lightly. Add to the bowl to the rest of the vegetables, stirring, fry until a beep. Open the jar of beans and put the contents along with the liquid into the multicooker bowl. Add water to the desired density, put a bay leaf and season everything with hot pepper, dried basil and paprika. Put the slow cooker into the "Extinguishing" mode and cook the soup for half an hour.

3. After the beep, add chopped garlic and cilantro. Hold the soup in "warm" mode for several minutes.

Recipe 4. Bean soup in a multivroka with smoked meats

Ingredients

100 g smoked bacon;

three cloves of garlic;

two bay leaves;

30 ml of tomato sauce;

30 ml of olive oil;

three stalks of celery;

two peas of allspice;

5 peas of black pepper;

salt;

chili pepper pod;

two carrots;

a glass of white dry beans;

bulb;

200 g of smoked sausage.

Cooking method

1. The day before, we soak the beans in cold, filtered water, and leave it overnight. Then drain the water from the beans, and rinse it. We transfer the beans to the pan, fill with filtered water and cook for an hour.

2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

3. Peel the garlic and chili peels and seeds. Tiny sharp knife as small as possible.

4. Pour olive oil into the capacity of the multicooker. We turn on the "Frying" mode and wait five minutes. We put onions in a container and fry them for two minutes, then add chopped garlic and chili pepper and fry them all together for another three minutes.

5. Peeled carrots cut into bars. Add it to the onion and fry, stirring constantly, for another five minutes.

6. Cut the celery stalk into small pieces. We send to the bowl and fry for the same amount of time.

7. Pour in tomato sauce, salt, season with pepper and simmer for several minutes.

8. Bacon cut into small cubes. We cut sausage into larger pieces. Fry the bacon in a pan without oil. When the fat melts, add the sausage and fry all together until golden brown.

9. In the bowl of the multicooker we put boiled beans, fried bacon with sausage and pour everything with water to the desired density. Add bay leaf and peppercorns. We put the slow cooker into the "Soup" mode. Cooking sou for half an hour.

10. After the beep, take out the bay leaf and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve with sour cream.

Recipe 5. Bean soup in a slow cooker with noodles

Ingredients

two liters of broth;

a glass of white beans;

100 g of noodles;

10 g of fresh parsley;

30 ml refined vegetable oil;

carrot;

two pinches of black pepper;

two potatoes;

5g of salt.

Cooking method

1. Wash the beans well and fill it with drinking water overnight. Then drain the water and transfer the beans into the multicooker bowl.

2. Fill the beans with broth, close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the “Soup” program. Cook her hour.

3. Peel the onion and carrot. Finely chop the vegetables and simmer in the pan for ten minutes.

4. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.

5. Open the lid of the multicooker, add potatoes and vegetable frying to the broth. Cook the soup in the same mode for another quarter hour. Salt and pepper.

6. At the end, add the noodles and cook for another seven minutes. Add chopped, fresh herbs to the soup, and hold for a few minutes in the "Warm-up" mode.

Ingredients

400 g canned beans;

salt;

large onion head;

a pinch of ground chili;

large carrot;

a pinch of coriander;

celery stalk;

olive oil - 50 ml;

two potatoes;

200 g smoked ribs;

greenery;

sour cream.

Cooking method

1. Peel the onion and carrot. Cut the vegetables not very finely.

2. Pour the vegetable oil into the tank of the multicooker. Turn on the Frying program. Once the oil is warm, lay out the vegetables. Fry, without covering, stirring for two minutes.

3. Pour in water, close the lid of the unit and put it into the “Soup” mode. Cook for half an hour.

4. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Wash and chop celery in small pieces. Smoked ribs cut into portions. Add all prepared ingredients and close the lid.

5. Throw the beans onto a sieve and add it to the soup. Salt, season with spices. When the soup is ready, take the ribs on a separate plate. Transfer the vegetables into the blender bowl and beat everything in mashed potatoes, pouring the broth, to the desired consistency. Pour the soup into plates. In each, put a rib and a spoonful of sour cream.

Bean soup in a slow cooker - tips and tricks

  • In order not to waste time soaking the beans, you can make soup from canned beans. It must be added to the soup a quarter of an hour before the end of cooking.

  • If your multicooker does not have the "Frying" mode, you can replace it with the "Baking" mode.

  • Bean soup in a slow cooker salt at the end.

  • Cooking time depends on the power of your multicooker.
