Kefir chicken fillet - general principles of preparation

Chicken fillet in kefir can be prepared in a variety of ways, adding certain products at will.

In some recipes, it is supposed to add kefir during direct heat treatment (stewing or baking) of meat, in others - fillet is placed only in kefir marinade.

In any case, the chicken dish is delicious. The main advantages of it are:

• Easy to cook. Basically, only meat processing is required, and in the case of fillet, this procedure does not take much time, because this part of the chicken can be bought already prepared.

Ingredients:

• kilogram of chicken;

• 600 ml of kefir;

Ingredients:

• one breast per 550-600 grams;

• 200 ml of kefir;

• 50 ml of vegetable oil;

• 5-6 branches of basil;

• a teaspoon of dry mustard;

• salt pepper;

• three cloves of garlic.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the breast, remove the fillet from the skin and bones. Cut each filet into 2-3 parts.

2. Pour kefir into a deep container, pour dry mustard, mix.
