The dough for a homemade cake with strawberries is mainly prepared in biscuit, because it’s just the biscuit that combines perfectly with this delicate berry. But cakes are also made from shortbread, puff or other dough. Cake with strawberries can be prepared by combining cakes from several types of dough at once.

Homemade cake with strawberries - there are many recipes for making this treat. It can be a cake with or without baking.

Cream for the cake is prepared on the basis of sour cream or cream. It is the creamy taste of the cream that perfectly complements the taste and aroma of strawberries. Whip cream or sour cream with sugar.

Cakes are baked, then they are cooled.

Strawberries are sorted, washed and added to the cream, either laid on top of the cake or layered with cakes. Large berries can be cut in half or sliced ​​and nicely laid on the surface of the cake.

Ingredients

a pound of strawberries;

six eggs;

100 g of powdered sugar;

three quarters of sugar;

100 ml cream;

5 ml of vanilla extract;

250 g low-fat cottage cheese;

10 g of lemon peel;

30 g butter;

Cooking method

1. Drive eggs into a deep cup. Add lemon zest, sugar and vanilla extract to them. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Cooking method

1. Drive eggs into the mixer bowl and add sugar. Whip everything into a lush mass. Gradually pour the sifted flour with baking powder into the egg mass and mix the resulting mixture with a wooden spatula.

2. Pour the dough into a detachable form, covered with parchment, and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 C. Bake a biscuit for an hour. Leave the biscuit for a while in the oven off, then take it out and cool.

3. Cut off the top part from the cooled biscuit. We take out the flesh, leaving the sides one centimeter.

4. Beat sour cream with icing sugar. We wash the strawberries, remove the ponytails and dry the berries. Cut strawberries into plates.

5. In a biscuit form, lay out a layer of strawberries, grease it with cream and spread the biscuit pulp, grease it with cream again. So lay out the layers until the ingredients run out. We cover everything with the cut-off top and coat the sides and top with sour cream. Decorate with strawberries.

300 g of strawberries;

Ingredients

300 g butter;

mint;

three glasses of flour;

800 g of strawberries;

egg;

100 g of honey;

salt;

200 g of cottage cheese;

30 ml of vinegar;

vanillin;

half a glass of drinking water;

three yolks;

150 g of sugar.

Cooking method

1. Cut the soft butter into slices and mix with the egg. Add honey, sugar, vinegar and salt to this mixture. Whisk thoroughly with a fork. Pour the flour and knead the plastic dough with your hands. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate.
