1. Stir the water with sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.
2. In a bowl, beat egg yolks lightly and in the process pour hot syrup into a thin stream.

6. 2-3 sprigs of mint.

Cooking method:

1. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, after rubbing the zest on a fine grater. You should get almost a glass of juice.
2. Boil water with 2 tbsp. l sugar and, adding lemon zest, cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Filter the resulting syrup, add lemon juice to it and bring to a boil again.
4. We dilute the starch in 0.5 cups of water and pour a thin stream into the syrup with lemon juice with constant stirring, when it thickens, remove from heat.
5. Beat the cream with the remaining 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, serve with them jelly in a bowl, garnishing with mint leaves.

And here is another Russian dessert, which is difficult to say about which of its advantages is greater - tastier or healthier. It's about baked apples.
