If you have a large family, then the semi-finished products cooked at home will be of great help to you when you have time to prepare dinner for lunch. So, we follow the step-by-step recipe to answer the question of how to freeze beef and chicken cutlets.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 500 g;

Beef - 500 g;

Salo - 100g;

Potato - 1 pc.;

Onions -2 pcs.;

Bread - 3-4 slices;

Milk - 1 cup;

Salt, pepper - to taste;

Breadcrumbs;

Recipe:

First of all, prepare the stuffing. We wash both types of meat and a slice of fresh lard under running water, dry and pass through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper.

We cut or break the bread into small pieces and fill it with warm milk. In cutlets, you can use not quite fresh, but not spoiled bread. Wait for the slices to be well saturated with milk, wait 10-15 minutes.

We clean onions and potatoes, wash them and pass through a meat grinder along with bread. Taking out of milk, squeeze the bread slices a little, so that the excess liquid is gone. We mix all the minced meat components together, beat off so that the minced meat is more tenacious.

We form cutlets. We roll the balls in our palms and roll them in breadcrumbs, and then lightly flatten them, giving the shape of an ellipse. For one cutlet, take 2-2.5 tablespoons of minced meat.

We put the resulting patties on a tray or cutting board, covered with cling film. Sent to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the cutlets freeze.

Frozen beef and chicken cutlets are put in a bag. It is better to use special packages for freezing foods; the material from which such food packaging is made is harmless.

As soon as you need it, we get the right amount of frozen convenience foods and fry in vegetable oil, covered with a lid. Pre-defrost is not required.

Frozen beef and chicken cutlets, which you can cook at any moment, are ready! Fry them or steam them - and you have an excellent lunch.
