Lack of sleep provokes the brain to create false memories

Recently, American scientists have found that lack of sleep causes people to have memories that never happened. It is now established that sleep, lasting less than 8 hours, is a real scourge of modern society.

The experiment involved people who either did not sleep during the day, or their sleep was less than five hours. Doctors assessed the effect of lack of sleep on the state of memory. Prior to the study, the subjects agreed that after a short sleep they would have to recollect the crime described by him. As a result, it turned out that sleepy people were unable to reproduce the details of the robbery in detail.

Doctors warn people who for some reason limit themselves in a dream that in future they will face serious memory problems. This circumstance must be taken into account when investigating the crimes committed, because witnesses, whose dream does not differ in the length needed for the organism, often give evidence, under which there are no grounds.
