It is possible to prepare such a salad both for everyday family dinner and for serving the festive table. The festive option will require more time to create a beautiful slide, but it doesn’t taste any different from everyday. Casual suggests a simple mix of all relying ingredients.

The products that we will use are quite familiar. They can be purchased at any time, in any supermarket, at any time of the year.

  • Ham - 100 g
  • Salad leaves - 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • Potato tubers - 2 pcs
  • Quail eggs - 5 pieces
  • Red Currant Berries - 80 g

  • Pitted olives - 8 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 tooth
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dried greens - pinch
  • Mayonnaise "Provence" - 2 tbsp. l
  • Olive or vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Recipe for making salad with ham "Quail" (with photo):

We begin to create a salad by boiling the potatoes, watching that the tubers do not boil soft, otherwise they will be difficult to cut into cubes. Quail eggs should also be boiled. After boiling, both the potatoes and the eggs should cool down.

We need potatoes in the form of cubes or cubes. Quail eggs will use halves.

Lettuce leaves cut in half and remove the lightest stem part.

For the salad slide take a flat dish and lay out the halves of lettuce leaves so that they are locked into a ring. This will be the basis on which we will lay out the Hungarian hill.

At one of the tomatoes, carefully cut off the “cap”. We will need it as a decoration at the final stage of salad preparation.

The remaining tomatoes must be cut into cubes. Well, if they are dense and fleshy.

How to cut the ham - it does not matter. These can be bricks, cubes or straws. And chop the onions, as far as possible, its taste should not dominate.

Garlic should also be very small.

It remains to add to the salad fresh or thawed currant berries, sliced ​​olives and dry herbs.

Salt the salad, mix all the ingredients.
