  • Cottage cheese homemade 400 grams low-fat
  • Egg yolk 4 pieces
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Sugar

Cooking method:

  1. Cottage cheese should be passed through a blender or a sieve, if it is coarse-grained. In fact, you can not do this, but the fewer the grains of cottage cheese are, the more tender the lazy dumplings will turn out.
  2. Melt the butter.
