Spaghetti with sausages - the basic principles of cooking

The main secret of delicious spaghetti with sausages is to choose the right products. Buy spaghetti only from durum wheat. Such pasta does not boil, keep its shape well and do not stick together.

Sausages should only be premium. A poor-quality meat product can hopelessly spoil the taste of a dish.

Boil the spaghetti in slightly salted water, put it in a colander, transfer to a saucepan and add a piece of butter.

Remove the film from the sausages, cut them into circles and fry them in a pan until golden brown. Spaghetti are transferred to them and mixed.

This is the easiest way to cook this dish. Of course, spaghetti with sausages is much tastier if you cook them in a sauce that is prepared on the basis of tomato paste or cream. In this case, tomato paste can be replaced with ketchup or tomato juice. Various vegetables and cheese are added to the sauce.

5. Put the sausages to the onion, mix and fry until all the washers are browned. Pour the diluted tomato paste into the pan and simmer for about five minutes, covering it with a lid.

6. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the sauce, mix. At the same time, make sure that the sauce does not boil. Cover and remove from heat. Three large cheese.

1. Peel the carrots and onions and chop them in small pieces.

2. Put the chopped vegetables in the heated oil. Constantly stirring, fry for two minutes.

ketchup - 50 ml;
